Hippekniep Plum Wood

Made in Germany, the Hippekniep (goat knife) were traditionally produced for farmers and hearders as robust working knife. The design of the handle is kept traditional and is featured in a variety of exotic local woods.
The plates and rivets are made of brass and the head rivet is ground flush to the scales. The straight back blade with nail-nick is contructed with reliable C75 carbon steel. The slipjoint design provides ease of use.
